چشم هایى در باد، پلک هایى بسته

روزهایى خاموش ، سالهایى خسته

کوچه ها رختى نو، از عذا پوشیده

شهر با آدم هاش، در کفن پوسیده

مى نشیند آرام ، توى نقاشى ها

نقشى از شهرى سبز ، بر تن کاشى ها

مى کشم با لبخند ، توى جنگل یک رود

یادهایى خسته ، روزها خواب آلود

مى دود در باران ، شهر از بى خوابى

برگ ها مى ریزند ، توى فصلى زردآبى

رویش کاغذها ، روى سردی سرامیک

واژه هایى خالى ، با دقایق درگیر

قاب عکس دیروز ، نصب روى دیوار

نسخه اى تکرارى ، روزهایى بیمار

دست مى اندازم ، گردن دلتنگى

پلک هایى بسته ، خواب های رنگی

پخش در دیروزت ، غرق در فرداها

محو در امروزم ، گنگ در رویاها

مى نشینم در مه ، صبح پاییزى سرد

مى نشینم در خود، روى کاغذیی رنگى در فضایى ساکت، شهر در دلتنگى

در غبارى مدفون ، زندگى با سردرد

در بهارى بى برگ، هفته ها افسرده

روزها مى آیند ، سالها مى میرند . برگها رنگى زرد ، از دلت مى گیرند

مى شوم از شب ها، با چراغى خاموش

مى رود بیدارى، توى خواب م از هوش

مى خورد باران باز، بر تن کاشى ها

مى پرد از خواب م، شهر نقاشى ها

Sopor Aeternus

History 1989 – 1995 Sopor Aeternus & the Ensemble of Shadows was founded by Anna-Varney (then known as Varney) and Holger in 1989, and began as a Neue Deutsche Todeskunst musical project. The two had met in Frankfurt in a Goth club called Negativ, during one of Cantodea's rare outings into the public world.Cantodea and Holger worked together on a low budget in order to purchase musical equipment, and recorded three demo tapes: Es reiten die Toten so schnell..., Rufus and Till Time and Times Are Done. The three demos were recorded between 1989 and 1992, with Es reiten... being the only publicly released cassette. The demo tapes are collectively referred to as "Blut der Schwarzen Rose" (German: "Blood of the Black Rose")[or "The Undead-Trilogy". Shortly after the cassettes were produced, Holger left Sopor AeternusIn 1994, Varney signed with the DA label Apocalyptic Vision and released her first album, …Ich töte mich….
